Keller pilsner is a German-style lager that's traditionally unfiltered and served straight from the cellar. The name "kellerbier" literally means "cellar beer". Kellerbier is popular in Franconia, a region of Germany in the north part of Bavaria. Served unfiltered and naturally carbonated, the beer is best enjoyed fresh and young.
