The Prost Biergarten is open seating unless you reserve a table. We only accept reservations for groups of 10 or more. Biergarten tables will seat up to 10 people.
Monday through Thursday there are only reservation fees for the Private Areas.

At Prost, we have two Order Counters: Drinks are ordered at the Bar. A tab can be established for additional purchases. Food is ordered and paid for separately at our Food Counter. When the food is ready, it is delivered to your table.
Pay as you go. Set up a tab on a credit card, and guests can place all food and beverages on the tab throughout your event.
We can provide drink tickets for you to distribute to your guests. Each ticket can be redeemed for drinks (or food and beverages) on your tab, and you'll only be charged for tickets that are used. You can also set a spending limit per ticket (for example, $12) to help manage your event budget.
For parties of fewer than 30 guests, simply provide Prost with your appetizer or entrée selections and desired quantities in advance. Our full menu and pricing are available at prostbrewing.com/northglenn.
Available in the Party Room or Social Area for $18 per person (30-person minimum). Includes Wings, Pizza, Pretzel Bites with Fondue, Crispy Fries, and Veggie Hummus with Pita Bread. Buffet items are refreshed as needed throughout your event.

Includes Tossed Salad, Bratwurst & Vienna Sausages with Sauerkraut, Wings, Pizza, Pretzel Bites with Fondue, Crispy Fries, and Veggie Hummus with Pita Bread. Buffet items are refreshed as needed throughout your event.
Room rental fees are 50% off with the purchase of a buffet. Buffet pricing is based on the actual guest count when food is served, with a minimum charge equal to 20% fewer guests than your reserved guest count.
The only outside food permitted is cake.
You're welcome to decorate for your event! Please do not attach anything to the painted walls, place signs in the public areas of the Biergarten, or use confetti.
