German-Style Black Lager

Schwarzbier or Black Lager is essentially a black pilsner lager. Light and easy drinking but moonless midnight black in color with a dark cream foam. A beer that drinks with a subtle blend of milk/dark chocolate and an aftertaste of high quality cold brew coffee. Round and smooth with gentle mid palate bitterness.
